Rob Hatfield is the man that makes things work on the advertising level. While Jerry takes the lead in client-relations and the numbers-side, Rob keeps us creatives in order. Or out of order, as the situation warrants.

Rob is the poster child for speaking one's mind. He'll tell you how he feels and what he thinks. Honesty is a valuable commodity. He won't tell you something is good if he doesn't think so. Rob takes his responsibility for a client's well-being very seriously. He won't spend money on a project if he feels the project doesn't suit the client. In other words, he guards clients against themselves, at times, ensuring they get the best result for their creative dollar in spite of themselves.

In case you're wondering, Rob was raised by mutant beach-combers with the power of clarity. He possesses the uncanny ability to blend into any Jimmy Buffet or island-themed bar, and has abundant and varied experience with reality. He's traveled the world and worked all kinds of jobs. These experiences give him a root in most everything, and his ability to relate to the common man is key.
