Advertising is a creative process, but unlike art, the success of that creativity depends on the result of the communcation. We pride ourselves on creating result-oriented communication. That is, we want there to be a tangible result.
In some cases, that result is simply top-of-mind awareness, made real by marketing studies. In other cases, it is to increase phone or foot traffic. When a project comes, sometimes we're not given a goal in the visceral sense. When that happens, we create a goal of our own that suits the client's need.
To successfully communicate is to stand apart from the noise. The perfect message is absorbed without conscious effort and results in more communication, but we do not live in a perfect world. It is our job, therefore, to initiate a dialogue between our clients and their audience. Anyone can bark at a potential customer. Not everyone can speak to them in a personal sense. That's what we do. Ideally, advertising is the glue that creates a bond between client and customer.
